Effect of Nitrification Inhibitors on Photosynthesis and Nitrogen Metabolism in ‘Sweet Sapphire’ (V. vinifera L.) Grape Seedlings

چکیده

Nitrogen loss after urea application and the low nitrogen utilization rate of plants are major issues in fertilizer application. We therefore adopted a combination 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (DMPP) applications order to investigate response DMPP ‘sweet sapphire’ (V. vinifera L.) grape seedlings growth. Three combinations were tested screen suitable concentrations for seedlings’ Transcriptome differential expression analysis was elucidate regulation mechanism DMPP. The results showed that with significantly increased root dry weight, as well above-ground weight. improved total length, surface area, volume, vigor. content 1% (T2) optimum effects. can also increase net photosynthetic rate, pigments, fluorescence intensity leaves. Furthermore, transcriptome under T2 treatment revealed members Nar (7) NRT (12) gene families up-regulated, which promotes uptake metabolism. Moreover, LHC (11), Psa (7), Pet (4), Psb (5) genes photosynthesis.
